![]() Note: Whenever you change your password, please send an e-mail to support@officeonweb.com with the domain name, user id and the old and new passwords. We use passwords to verify identity, and we will need to update our customer database to authenticate future administrative requests. Failure to notify us may disable some of the features you have on your web site and may cause your password to be reset to the old one without notification. WE RECOMMEND YOU USE THE CONTROL PANEL TO CHANGE PASSWORDS. This avoids the loss of ability to reach the control panel due to a password change. Accounts on our 2000 servers must use the secure customer request form. You will be prompted for the the new password twice. Using the password command will change the password you use to login via any access mode for connect or other issues, and it will also affect access to the master POP mailbox. You will need to change the password in your FTP and e-mail clients. Also, if you are using the FrontPage program and its extensions, your will need to use the live edit feature of FrontPage to open the root web on your site and choose "Change Password" from the "Tools" menu. Please note again: Please send an e-mail to support@officeonweb.com with the domain name, user id and the old and new passwords. We use passwords to verify identity, and we will need to update our customer database to authenticate future administrative requests. Failure to notify us may disable some of the features you have on your web site.
